Beginning Web Development 101
Anupam Chakravarty and Jeff Ammons
Where do I begin? How do I get data in and out of the database? Should I use WebForms or MVC? Which end is up?!!
We all start somewhere, but we never get anywhere if we don't take that first step.
Pom and Jeff will show how to get started and develop a very simple website that acceesses a database in both WebForms and MVC. Pom will show WebForms and Jeff will show MVC.
This night will be geared towards beginners, but if you have only worked with one of these stacks, you might still be a beginner with the other.
We'll also take a look at our newest sponsor: SafariBooks.
